Video Editor

About the Role

We’re looking for reliable video editors to join our contractor network. You’ll be responsible for editing social media content that’s engaging, fast-paced, and aligned with each client’s brand voice. This is a per-project role with flexible workload depending on availability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media platforms

• Add captions, motion graphics, music, and sound design

• Follow brand guidelines and creative direction

• Hit deadlines and communicate clearly with the team

Requirements

• Strong editing skills in Premiere Pro & After Effects

• Understanding of social media formats and trends

• Good sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual flow

• Ability to work independently and take feedback well

• Reliable internet and fast turnaround times

• Fluent in English

Nice to Have

• Experience making thumbnails in Photoshop and/or Figma

• Experience with audio mixing (balancing dialogue, sound effects, and music)
